This here's a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that comfortably sleeps 8, nestled in a quiet, mature and safe neighborhood in north Abilene. It's more than just a place to stay—it’s a full-on interactive experience, with each room telling a story about our Lone Star State's rich heritage. There are things to see and do in every room that take families on a journey through Texas history.

🤠🌞 Beat the Big Country heat in your back yard oasis. Take a dip in the sparkling in-ground 8 foot pool, fire up the grill, relax under the covered pergola, or star-gaze near the fire. With plenty of seating and a fully fenced yard, it’s the perfect spot to unwind. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Or, pull yer boots up and walk the short trail to ACU, the general store, or the nearby mercantile—no horse required.

🤠🎯Let the Games Begin! Giddy up into the game room and challenge your partn'r to some friendly competition that will keep y'all rootin' n tootin' for hours. Our 13-1 activity table offers foosball, darts, billiards, table hockey and tennis, chess, checkers, tic tac toe and more. You'll also have a dart board and a fully stocked game shelf with games for Cowboys, Cowgirls and even the lil' Cowpokes. There are also books and toys throughout our ranch in the city.

🤠🎬Kick back & relax in your cozy living room which features six reclining seats, making it the perfect place to remove your Stetson, and enjoy a classic Western or movie night on the big screen—comfy blankets included. This room is also perfect for lazy afternoon naps and family game time.

🤠🍳 Everything's bigger in Texas, including your fully stocked kitchen, ready for home-cooked meals. Ring the dinner bell, wrangle up your company, then enjoy your meal together in the cowboy chuckwagon-inspired interactive dining room which makes for a one-of-a-kind western dining experience. Old west tin plates and cups included.

🤠🌄 Rest Easy, Cowboy-each bedroom and bathroom is spacious and thoughtfully stocked with TVs, comfy beds with mattress toppers, extra linens, blankets, and plenty of towels so everyone can settle in and feel right at home.

🤠🌵 You've got the whole main house to kick back and relax! Our quiet, long-term tenant stays in a separate apartment on the property. Y’all might cross paths on the driveway or front patio, but they keep to themselves and respect your stay. Bonus! They are also tasked to quickly get you anything you might need during your stay.

🤠🛻 Hitch your wagons on the right side of the driveway (room for 2–3 vehicles). Please leave the left side open and be kind to our neighbors by not parking in front of their homes.

🤠🎉Fixin’ to host a poolside hangout? Give us a heads up first. More than 8 folks might cost a few extra gold coins, but it will be worth it! The pool runs year-round (not heated), gets about 8 feet deep, and little cowpokes should always be supervised.

🤠🐾Well behaved dogs are welcome with approval and lil' extra loot. Please note—the yard is mostly concrete, pool, and landscaping. Sorry, no other critters allowed, especially no cats.

🤠 📝To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
